The construction process is unique in that it requires the assembly of over 3000 integral components that together becomes your new home. From the foundation to the framing to the final completion of the house, with our professional experience, we work with our clients and listen to their ideas throughout the entire project. We involve our client's decisions in every step from the preliminary discussions and decisions to the final walk through. It is our purpose to provide a true custom homebuilding experience with as much ease and comfort for our clients as possible along the way.

After selecting the design of your new home, we sit down and discuss all the details of what your expectations are from us - and your new home, and how your ideas should take shape in the project. From thorough reviewing of the plans and specifications, we have a very good working knowledge of what you are wanting from your new home.

Once we know the selections of products from our clients, we begin the site preparation and create the foundation of the new house. Throughout the various phases, we make site visits with our clients to discuss the process and answer any questions they might have. Once complete, we will make a final walk through with you to ensure you are informed of every detail and that you are totally satisfied with our workmanship. Only then do we consider the home complete.
